A respectful FYI to each of your very influential law-enforcement agencies on the following criminal-law-related legal correspondence of mine with a kindly official of the City Government of El Campo, Texas, Mr. Chris Barbee, who was himself previously a work supervisor of mine at a general-circulation newspaper in El Campo for one year back in the late 1980s.

I feel hopeful that Mr. Chris Barbee would be willing, if you were contact him, to offer any of your cited law-enforcement agencies helpful factual information or hunches or guesses or speculations of his in regard to this cited alleged continuous and year-round felony crimes case in which I am definitely the victim during my sleep inside the bolt-locked apartment unit that I rent in Austin.

I myself take great pride in myself leading a civil and law-abiding, rational as well as psychologically healthy, disease-free, gainfully employed, longetime celibate, single adult male lifestyle in Austin, Texas.

I would like to call your attention to the written statement (see below) to me from Mr. Chris Barbee that one or more of the infrared "spy"-camera photos obtained for me in 2012 from inside the bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit during my bedtime hours appeared to indicate that I have lost weight during the period since late-1980s period when I worked for Chris Barbee in El Campo.

In fact, I believe that I am probably physically heavier today than I was in the late 1980s as a reporter for the "El Campo Leader-News." This is why I maintain that the written E-mail correspondence statement to me from Chris Barbee about my being more slender today than I was in the late 1980s is actually factual evidence on behalf of my own emphatic view that one or more of the infrared hunter's camera photos taken from inside the pivate bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit are, in fact, photos of an alleged illegal intruder inside my apartment unit.

So far, the Austin Police Department has chosen NOT to request from me any of the video cards in my possession that contain images of the various infrared photos that were taken on my behalf in 2012 from inside my bolt-locked private apartment unit. I would welcome the opportunity to provide an APD officer with each of my several video cards on that which I currently am storing inside my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin.

Finally, I would like to again point out that I am a lifelong non-Christian single gentleman, and I'm also the founder ever since 1996 of a new and fully independent non-Christian religion, the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion. That law-enforcement-minded non-Christian denomination, in which I am still the only approved member, emphatically opposes thought-control projects and also opposes anonymous communications violating my own or anyone else's privacy rights.

The police chief reviewed the pictures for me this morning and feels the same as I do, that they are inconclusive. He and I both seriously doubt that someone is entering your dead-bolt locked apartment without breaking the door down, violating you and leaving … all while you are asleep.

John, you don’t want to hear this … but you have a serious problem and need to seek psychiatric help immediately. You need counseling and medication. You asked for my opinion. I have your best interest at heart and truly want you to have peace in your life which will lead to better sleep and better job performance.

Thank you for taking the time to review the 12 infrared photos that I sent you.

One follow-up question for you, Chris:

When you showed those same photos to your police chief, as you had kindly promised me in writing that you would do, did your police chief in El Campo also state or note that all 12 of the infrared photos I sent you were all of the same person, in the opinion of your very influential and highly esteemed Police Chief?

Chris, I pose this one follow-up question to you for a reason.

If your police chief in El Campo senses that more than one person was, in fact, depicted in the 12 photos I sent you, this would definitely mean that there was an illegal intruder in my apartment.

I never had any invited guest inside my apartment during the periods in which my infrared camera was turned on.

Thank you again for your kind reply note to me in response to this one total follow-up question from myself about an alleged crime case that has a huge bearing on my own quality of life and medical health and ability to enjoy a full and fully vital lifespan.

I am very sure, Chris, that arrest of an alleged-intruder suspect by a law-enforcement agency as soon as possible will greatly enhance my abiity to get a full and healthful night's rest on my bed inside my bolt-locked one-bedroom apartment.

Thank you again, Chris, for conscientiously and diligently reviewing the infrared photos, and for very kindly asking your Police Chief in El Campo to diligently review them as well.

Finally, in regard to my weight, it has been about 220 pounds on my own bathroom scale in the morning, before I have eaten, throughout nearly all of 2012. That weight is probably about the same weight I had for much of the period of 1988-1980 at El Campo when I worked for you as a full-time reporter.
