Dear Highly-Esteemed Iowa City (IA) City Council Members and your Very Influential and Kindly Mayor,

I happened to read for the first time this Sunday night, during an online Google search I pursued, that your Iowa City Council in Iowa City, Iowa, at your May 20, 2014, City Council meeting reportedly had an official agenda item --- Item Number 3 (5) --- pertaining to a factual report your municipal government had received that directly referred to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.

I am referring to the factual report you received this year which stated that a variety of employees or officials of five different departments of the City Government of Austin in Austin, Texas, in a multi-year period that began in mid-2011 reportedly consulted the City Attorney's Office of the City Government of Austin in a context that referred to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

I am writing to you today to politely ask you if I could please receive from you as soon as possible a copy of an official transcript of any action of any type that your Iowa City Council took anytime this year in regard to that particular cited agenda item at your May 20, 2014, City Council meeting in Iowa City.

I would also appreciate receiving from you a transcript of any and all comments made by any Iowa City Council member or any relative of mine or any other person at your Iowa City Council meeting on May 20, 2014, or at any of your Council meetings since then, that referred in any way to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas, or that referred to that particular cited Iowa City Council agenda item in any way.

I am a biological son of Mrs. Phyllis Gardner McMillan, a very benevolent and admirably honest and wholesome University of Iowa alumna. She was born and raised on a farm near Iowa City, Iowa. Her parents were Russell Gardner, a hard-working and teetotaling anti-alcohol-minded farmer, and his very devoted and industrious wife, Mrs. Helen Siegling Gardner.

One kindly and gentlemanly cousin of mine residing in the Iowa City area of your honesty-minded U.S. state, Cousin Jim Dane---himself a very nice farmer and married man and father----did volunteer to me on the telephone in the late 1990s, I believe it was, that Cousin Jim in the Iowa City area was himself privy to information about myself, John K. McMillan of Austin, Texas, being a victim of alleged crimes in Austin, Texas, on a frequent and year-round basis, Cousin Jim stated to me in that long-distance telephone conversation I had with him.

Cousin Jim verbalized that very helpful observation to me of that type during a long-distance phone call I made to his farmhouse residence from my rental apartment unit where I resided at that time---an efficiency apartment situated a few blocks from the main campus of the University of Texas at Austin-----in the late 1990s (or possibly in 2000 or 2001, at the very latest).

Thank you in advance for your helpful reply letter to me about this very important personal-safety-related and quality-of-life-minded issue for myself.
