Mr. McMillan,
I don't recall getting any correspondence from you. I assume you reached me via the MAHRC site. Unfortunately we are a networking and only a Massachusetts organization. We do not take cases.
Please try and get out of that situation.
Contact your District Attorney's Office or a state legal association they may be able to help. Good luck with your situation.

Thank you again to State Rep. Elliott Naishtat, and to his first-rate Chief of Staff, Ms. Dorothy Browne, for your very kind interest in my legal rights being upheld. As I have indicated to each of you, I continue to be victimized during my sleep on a daily and frequent and year-round basis inside my bolt-locked, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling one-bedroom apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin. I did some online research on the company that owns Wind Rvier Crossing, by the way, and it seems that one of the top figures for "Westdale" of Dallas, Texas, or a possible subsidiary company of "Westdale" has a cited address in the foreign nation of Canada.

I look forward to the day (whenever that happens, and I hope it's very soon) when I can sleep ALONE on my bed without ANYONE having ANY physical contact with me or ANY sexual contact wiht me, and without ANYONE subjecting me to any personal injury of any type, during my sleeping hours (I snore, and I'm a longtime celibate-by-choice single adult gentleman who lives ALONE in a one-bedroom apartment unit).

Sincerely,

John Kevin McMillan, a law-abiding gainfully employed constituent of Rep. Naishtat.

Dear Mr. Field,

Thank you for your Feb. 28, 2013, reply note (below) to me in response to my Feb. 27, 2013, Texas Open Records request. So far, I have not received any follow-up formal response from you containing legal documents at any time.

As you of course must be very aware, state law in Texas requires that those documents responsive to my information request be sent to the requestor within 10 working days of that request.

Mr. Field, I have two follow-up questions that I would like to pose to you today:

(1) Does it appear that APD complance with my request will incur a fee to me of more than $20? I so, I will need to revise my request to reduce the total amount of money that you will be charging me on this.

(2) Have you in fact mailed any documents to me, or do you plan to anytime soon?

I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,

Dear Mr. Field,

I would appreciate receiving a brief reply note from you, simply confirming that you have received the following (below) corrected-version of the February 27, 2013, Texas Open Records request from myself.

Please note that I have now officially corrected the cited date on my public-information request, since I had in fact filed that request with you on February 27, 2013. I apologize to you for any inconvenience that the incorrect cited date in my previous E-mail letter to you this might have caused.

Below, you will note that the only two changes or corrections I have made to my previous letter to you on this were the date cited on the subject heading, and the date cited immediately before my greeting to you in my public-information-request letter.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.

Dear Mr. Field,

This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a photocopy or printout of any and all E-mail communications or letters or memoranda or reports written or generated or sent or mailed at any time since January 1, 2011, that refer at least once to myself, John Kevin McMillan, in any context or in any form or any manner (such as with a possible "code" name or assigned "nickname" or "moniker" for myself), and that, in each such applicable case, were authored or written by, or were written on behalf of, or received by, any of the following APD officials or officers or staff members:

---Officer James Turner of APD's "Crisis Intervention Team."

----the cited head supervisor of APD's Crisis Intervention Team unit, Sergeant Mike King.

---City of Austin Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo.

---City of Austin Assistant Police Chief Sean Mannix.

---City of Austin Assistant Police Chief Troy Gay.

---A City of Austin Police Department male officer with the last name of "Uribe."

---any internal-affairs officer or investigator or staff member for the Austin Police Department.

---any internal-security office employee or official of the Austin Police Department.

EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all letters or E-mail communications that were written by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska. My social security number is.... I am a lifelong single gentleman, and I have never been married to anyone at any time. I have resided alone as the only landlord-approved occupant and only landlord-approved tenant ever since the afternoon of May 31, 2011, inside the one-bedroom, top-floor, vaulted-ceiling, Apartment 325 at the Westdale Asset Management-owned and Westdale Asset Management-managed Wind River Crossing Apartments in northwest Austin. Westdale Asset Management is a for-profit corporation reportedly headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

I am a longtime celibate-by-choice, civil, and law-abiding single gentleman. The most recent occasion in which I participated in mutual-consent sex of any type anywhere in Austni, Texas, or anywhere in the Austin area was in December of 1979.

Among the persons whom I have specifically and in a lawful manner permanently and irrevocably rejected from my own life are: a "Daniel Hitt" or "Dan Hitt' of the Palo Alto area of northern California or elsewhere; a "Sandjaja Utama" of the Austin area or elsewhere who reportedly identified himself to me in 2011 as himself being a "citizen of Indonesia"; a "Howard Goldberg" who reportedly filed criminal charges against me in New York City, New York, in 1986, with those charges having later been dismissed; an "Eric Schwarz" who allegedly subjected me to an emphatic obscene verbalized communication on the telephone from his private residence in Braintree, Mass., in 1988, after which I never again spoke with him at any time, with Eric Schwarz having allegedly used the "F" word in his emphatic 1988 allgedly obscene comment to me on the phone immediately before he hung up his end of the phone line in that long-distance phone call I made to his private residence from a pay phone at a Whataburger chain restaurant along Barton Springs Boulevard in south central Austin; a "Max Alberts" of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota, or elsewhere, Mr. Alberts having been an employee of the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis in the early 1980s; a "Greg Rutchik" of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota; a "Guy Howard Miller" who previously was employed by the University of Texas at Austin, and who reportedly is no longer employed by that State of Texas-owned university in any way or in any context; a "Chris Dale" who reportedly is a male private attorney residing in either the Minneapolis-St. Paul area of Minnesota or possibly in California; an "Arnold Wong" of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area or elsewhere; a "Jon Miller-Carrasco" of Austin, Texas; and a "Marty Sjolie" or "Martin Sjolie" who reportedly is a male attorney currently residing in either Idaho or Minnesota or Washington State or elsewhere.

I hope to hear from you soon in response to this Texas Open Records request from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,
