Dear Very Honorable Travis County District Attorney's Office Representatives,

A respectful FYI to your law-enforcement-minded government agency on the following (below) reply letter I received today from the Texas Medical Board state agency that promised me a full investigation into my legal online complaint I filed on March 2, 2014, against Dr. Jessica Dapper, an emergency room physician at St. David's North Hospital in Austin.

I maintain that Dr. Dapper's very emphatic refusal to order a forensic exam on me on the morning of October 23, 2013, allegedly deprived me of my legal right to myself obtain a full medical examination on myself that morning.

That medical exam would have focused on my being a self-identified victim of alleged anal-rape-crimes during my sleep and alleged personal-injury crimes during my sleep inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in Austin.

I wish to also emphasize that my medical symptoms ("anal swelling" and "dermitis" around my anus) that were specifically acknowledged by the medical staff at St. David's North Hospital clearly attested to the accuracy of my criminal-law complaint I had attempted to file with an officer of the Austin Police Department , Officer Broomhall, earlier that morning (October 23, 2013).

Thank you for your very kind interest in this legal matter in which I am definitely the victim.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,

Dear Texas Medical Board state agency officials in Austin, Texas,

Please confirm for me in writing as soon as possible that your State of Texas government agency has received my online legal complaint that I filed on March 2, 2014, against Dr. Jessica Dapper, MD, an emergency room physician at St. David's North Austin Medical Center hospital in Austin, Texas.

I would also appreciate receiving from your state agency your additional confirmation in writing that my legal complaint against Dr. Jessica Dapper will be fully and promptly investigated by your state agency.

In that regard, the cited date and time of discharge from me from that hospital, which occurred a matter of about 20 minutes or less after Dr. Dapper on October 23, 2013, flatly refused to order a foresic exam on me that I had politely requested from herself in conection with having been transported by EMS ambulance at my request to that hospital that same morning, was: 10/23/2013, 7:21 a.m.

For the record, I would again like to remind your state agency in Austin that Dr. Dapper officially acknowledged that the symptoms noted by herself and by charge nurse Mark Stagman----the latter of whom directly stated to me he was "supervising" Dr. Dapper's work that morning---included "anal swelling" and "dermititis" around my anus, they both reportedly agreed.

The self-identified "supervisor" (and I had asked during my visit to the ER room that morning to myself speak with the "supervisor" of Dr. Dapper, with Mark Stagman stating to me in person in the emergency room that he himself fit that description, he said) Mark Stagman also stated to me that the formal hospital report from my visit that morning would definitely cite each of those specific two medical symptoms identified on myself that morning----symptoms that I myself jotted down during my visit as legal notes on the first page of my five-page green-color discharge papers that were issued to me by the medical staff at St. David's North on Oct. 23, 2013, just before I left that hospital. Minutes later, I rode a Capital Metro bus home from that hospital.

I myself am a longtime celibate-by-choice single adult white and Anglo non-Hispanic gentleman. I am also a lifelong single gentleman who has never been married to anyone. I have not participated in any sex act of any type with any other human being (or with any hypothetical or actual beast or animal, for that matter) anywhere in the entire Austin area on any occasion or at any time since December 1979.

I might add that I myself have never on any occasion participated in or been subjected to, any anal intercourse or any hypothetical anal rape of myself of any type at any time during my conscious or waking hours, anywhere in the entire world on any occasion since the 1980s.

I might also add that I lead an always-sober lifestyle in which I myself always abstain from any consumption of drinking alcohol, and I myself always abstain from any consumption of marijuana or any other illicit drug, for that matter. I am also a lifelong abstainer from any consumption of any tobacco product.

I might also add that I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, and I have been gainfully employed as a waitstaff employee in a variety of family-friendly restaurants in the Austin area on a continuous basis ever since April 27, 2002.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan.
