To: Yessenia, a truly first-rate and very professional and polite female coworker of mine at Denny's Lakeline franchise restaurant near Lakeline Mall in the Austin area of Texas.

Dear Yessenia,

Thank you for your very thoughtful reply note (below) on this.

I wish to emphasize to you that...if you ever hear any possibly noteworthy rumor or rumors or noteworthy gossip referring to this ongoing and year-round civil-rights-violations case and this ongoing and year-round continuous-felony-crime case in which I myself am the victim during my sleep inside my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments, I would appreciate your letting me know or letting the appropriate law-enforcement agency know as soon as possible.

This morning, for instance, I was suddenly awakened with pain in my anus at about 6 a.m. on my bed, with myself lying alone as always and no intruder visible to me, inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. It took me a while to be able to fall back asleep, because of the pain in my anus. After I did fall back asleep, I was then abruptly awakened this morning (Monday, November 5, 2012) with pain in my anus as I lay alone on my bed inside my locked bedroom and bolt-locked apartment at about 8:30 a.m. Then, after I went back to sleep to get a full night's rest that I needed to be refreshed for my next workshift later today as a busboy at my Outback Arboretum chain steakhouse restaurant workplace, I was abruptly awakened again on my bed with some uncomfortable pain in my anus about about 12:15 p.m. today---in broad daylight, I might add.

I have observed over a multi-month period that the problem of my being subjected to illegal and unauthorized physical abuse and sexual molestation and gastrointestinal rape and anal rape and personal injury during my sleep by one or more illegal intruders (and I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I NEVER have any invited guest inside my bolt-locked during any of the the periods when I am either sleeping or napping) has occurred on a frequent basis (an average of at least three times per morning or day or nighttime sleeping experience), regardless of whether I am taking a nap for more than an hour or pursuing nighttime sleep on my bed for a planned period of eight hours or seven hours or six hours, for instance. It has been very alarmingly apparent to me that the illegal intruder or intruders inside my bolt-locked apartment unit (which features a large sliding glass door I always keep locked that leads directly into my private bedroom from a semi-public outdoor balcony) are allegedly attempting to trigger anal cancer or colon cancer or a disabling handicap to me or damage to my circulatory system or nervous system or cardiovascular system.

One law-enforcement agency that has expressed interest in this case is the State Comptroller's Office state agency here in Austin. The contact person there is the first-rate head of the criminal-investigations division for the State Comptroller's Office here in Austin.

His name is Mr. Martin Cano, and I had a reassuring and helpful phone conversation with Mr. Cano a few weeks ago. He has very kindly promised to either pursue an investigation himself, or refer legal-complaint-related items from me to the appropriate government agency or entity that would then pursue an investigation into any such complaint from myself. As a courtesy to Mr. Cano, I am sending him a carbon-copy of this correspondence of mine with you. I hope that will strike you as reasonable and polite on my part.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a tenant in Apartment 325 at Wind River Crossing, an apartment complex owned and managed by the Dallas-based Westdale for-profit corporation, ever since January 2002.

I have looked through the photos you sent me but I can't identify if that's you or someone else. I also have no experience with infrared cameras but I hope you find someone that can help you get more familiar with it, if i knew anyone with experience in that area I would help. I'm sorry for what your going through and I really wish I could be of more help.

> As I mentioned to Jennifer on Sunday, the Austin Police Department has repeatedly refused in 2012 to accept from me as criminal-law evidence ANY of the videocards of mine I've purchased that contain images of infrared-photos from my motion-sensitive Wildview camera I purchased for about $50 or $60 at a nearby Academy store in northwest Austin. The Austin Police Department has repeatedly maintained ever since February of 2012, when I purchased my first-ever infrared camera for use in my apartment unit, that ALL of the infrared hunter's camera photos I've obtained from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit are of MYSELF, and no one else. I very emphatically and politely disagree with APD's "finding" on that.

> In the hope that a few additional photos from me might increase my chances of your identifying someone who might possibly look familiar to either you or your boyfriend (or anyone else you might want to share this with, including the very alert and often-helpful Jennifer ---who has very kindly expressed support to me for my human right and legal right to sleep unmolested on my bed inside my bolt-locked apartment ---, who might also be interested in this), I've decided to send you a few more infrared photos from this year (and again, the dates on these are otherwise unreliable, since I had difficulty setting my dates and times on my camera and video cards).

> The $100 reward I am offering is to the first person who provides information to the Austin Police Department or any other applicable law-enforcement agency that results in the arrest of at least one criminal-law suspect accused of having illegally entered or broken into the bolt-locked one-bedroom apartment I rent at Wind River Crossing Apartments.

> Incidentally, Yessenia, I purchased my first-ever infrared camera in February 2012 at an Academy store near my apartment complex (I kept the receipt on that) upon prior advice to me from a helpful work supervisor of mine at my Outback Arboretum steakhouse chain restaurant workplace. Outback Arboretum is situated virtually "across the street" (the other side of Highway 183) from where I live. I am very grateful to Jason Pastrano, that work supervisor of mine at Outback who is from the San Antonio area originally, for having offered me that potentially life-saving advice to buy an infrared camera. Jason no longer works for Outback Arboretum, by the way, and was transferred (very surprisingly) earlier this year to an Outback chain restaurant in San Antonio.

> My own experience with infrared cameras is very limited, and I don't have any formal training on how to operate one successfully. Before February 2012, I had never owned or used any infrared camera in my entire life.

> Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. One female attorney for Physicians for Human Rights in Cambridge, Mass., did advise me on the telephone in the last few weeks to retain the services of a private detective in Austin. However, I have not yet found any private detective in the Austin area who would be willing to work on a contingency fee basis (in which I would pay him only if he obtains factual information for me that identifies for me by name an actual illegal intruder in my bolt-locked apartment unit---an apartment where I NEVER have any invited overnight guest, I ALWAYS sleep alone on my bed, and I NEVER have any invited guest from midnight until 8 a.m. inside my apartment unit. I lead a monk-like drug-free, tobacco-free, drinking-alcohol-free lifestyle in my apartment: I have been completely celibate throughout all of my own waking or conscious hours anywhere and everywhere in the Austin area ever since and including when I moved into this one-bedroom apartment unit in January 2002, for instance.)

> So far, the ONLY two days since mid-April 2011 when I woke up on my bed in the morning and I immediately sensed that NO ONE had molested me or personally injured me during my sleep that morning were: September 3, 2011 (a Saturday workday for me later that morning at (a corporate-owned) restaurant, where I reported for work there at 11 a.m. that morning, and I even commented to my work supervisor there on what a relief it had been that morning to sense that the Austin Police Department had FINALLY arrested the right suspect in that crime case), and September 10, 2011 (a Saturday workday for me later that morning at (that same corporate-owned) restaurant, where I also commented to a work supervisor of mine there shortly after I began working there at 11 a.m. that morning that it was very pleasant to wake up that morning without feeling molested or physically abused or physically tortured or sexually raped during my sleep as I lay alone on my orthopedic Tempurpedic Swedish-designed bed in my bedroom of my apartment where I live alone).

> Thank you again, Yessenia, for your and your boyfriend's very kind interest in this crime case and alleged sexual-harassment case in which I am definitely the victim on a daily and year-round basis inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in northwest Austin.
