Subject: Re: 3-16-15 clarified UT System Open Records Request

Dear UT System Public Information Coordinator Cynthia Tynan in Austin,

Thank you for your reply letter, politely reminding me that if I don't narrow the scope of my most recent public information request to your State of Texas agency that is primarily focused on documents referring to myself that are on file with your Office of General Counsel from the last four-year period, I would myself incur a processing-fee bill from the UT System headquarters complex Office of General Counsel in Austin of at least $131 on this.

If I EXCLUDE from the scope of this public-information request any and all documents on file with your Office of General Counsel at any time since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, that were written by or sent or forwarded by myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, do you believe that would allow me to reduce the administrative processing fee I would be charged on this to $20 or less?

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

from John Kevin McMillan, a gainfully employed far northwest Austin resident and single adult white male alumnus of a UT System-component-institution (UT-Austin). I am also a self-identified longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, white male victim of alleged continuous and still continuing daily and year-round and multi-year personal-injury-crimes, unauthorized and unwanted "medical services" allegedly injurious to me, and alleged anal-rape crimes allegedly also inflicted on me during my sleep (I snore, and I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on my own bed inside my bolt-locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit in Building 3 at Wind River Crossing Apartments) in northwest Austin.

Home phone: (512) 342-2295.

Home address: Wind River Crossing (a Westdale-owned and Westdale-managed apartment complex), 11411 Research Boulevard, Building 3, Apartment 325, Austin, Texas, 78759.

John Kevin McMillan
