A SEPT. 13, 1999, E-MAIL LETTER FROM MYSELF THAT WAS CITED BELOW BY UT-AUSTIN ATTORNEY LEE STANLEY SMITH, HAD ACCURATELY QUOTED A HIGHLY-REGARDED UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS PROFESSOR WITH A SPECIALTY IN ECONOMIC BOTANY, DR. BERYL SIMPSON, AS HAVING VOLUNTEERED TO MYSELF ON THE TELEPHONE IN 1999 THAT "THERE APPEAR TO BE SOME MEANIES (SIC) IN THE AUSTIN AREA WHO ARE HARASSING (SIC) YOU (UT-AUSTIN ALUMNUS JOHN KEVIN MCMILLAN OF AUSTIN)."

IT IS NOTEWORTHY THAT ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT LEE STANLEY SMITH CHOSE TO CARBON-COPY THE FOLLOWING OCTOBER 18, 1999, LEGAL LETTER OF HIS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT. --- JKM)
